Members of Hextoldesham Lodge, carried out a sponsored walk in aid of Rosie`s Corner. This Tynedale charity provides services for disadvantaged children in the Tynedale Area. They work from a small unit in Burn Lane Hexham, entirely dependent on charitable donations.
The walk took us from the meeting of the waters near Hexham, (where the north and south Tyne come together to start the river Tyne), to Tynemouth, 38 miles over two days, raising £2,000 for this well worthy charity.
